Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare proposals and quotations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer database.
- coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide reports on sales activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to increase the company's online presence.
- Create and manage content for the company's website and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to optimize online marketing performance.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies and vendors to implement marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the road infrastructure industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in the use of B2B platforms, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
- Knowledge of road infrastructure products and services is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹19,186.52 - ₹29,479.92 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
