Inside Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify potential clients and generate leads through online research, databases, and social media platforms.
- **Product Presentation**: Conduct product demos and presentations to explain features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our EduTech solutions.
- **Sales Follow-Up**: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
- **Needs Assessment**: Identify the educational and technology needs of each client and recommend solutions that fit their specific requirements.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Update CRM software with lead status, and monitor the progress of each client through the sales funnel.
- **Target Achievement**: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals as set by the Sales Manager.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new EduTech products to improve sales strategies.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather insights from potential and existing clients to help shape future product development and improve the customer experience.
**Key Requirements**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the EduTech or IT services industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients and handle objections effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Understanding of EduTech products and familiarity with software tools like CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build relationships with clients.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing product and market demands.
- **Proactive Approach**: Self-motivated and driven to seek new business opportunities with mínimal supervision.
