**Job description**

**Hotel Vijay Park Inn is Top 5 in 3 star Hotel in coimbatore we looking F&b steward**

**Sr Steward **will be responsible to **Allot daily duties to subordinate staff to meet work exigencies ensuring equity of work**. Conduct daily briefing using it as a vehicle for two-way communication, training and corrective action. Attend to guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction through immediate action.

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
- Greet each guest promptly and courteously with good smile and body language.
- Present menu and share promotions, specials and items to customers.
- Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
- Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
- Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevent experience working will be an advantage.
- Execellent customer service and willingness to learn new items on food and service;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
- Able to commit weekends and public holidays
- Able to work split shift

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
