**Role Requirements**:

- Qualification - Bcom/BA/Bsc/LLB - Driven attitude, strong interest in learning, growth, and development, wanting to contribute and provide value (absolute must)
- Flexible working across the shifts (APAC - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; UK - 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM; US - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
- Ability to work across different projects, teams, offices, countries both internally and externally
- Confidence, comfort with independent decision making, prioritization skills, knowing when to ask for help, understand and follow escalation matrix
- Ownership of tasks and whole matters. Being flexible with responsibilities and taking initiatives
- Collaborative and a friendly attitude. There will be a lot of mutual support involved, genuine desire to help others and pass on skill and knowledge is a must
- Being good with MS Office, Adobe, and generally software savvy is a plus (training & support will be provided)

**Responsibilities**
- Providing end to end project management support to both internal review teams and external clients/counsel. This includes eDiscovery tools training, account set up, platform infrastructure, key word searches, responding to ad hoc request, providing stats, reports (training & support will be provided)
- Working closely with the data team, monitoring data intake, assessing ETCs, anticipating, addressing, mitigating potential issues
- Coordinating document productions, ensuring deadlines are met, monitoring progress and providing internal updates
- Project management support across the APAC/UK/US region which includes understanding and tracking of P&L, quality, risk, client relationship building, reporting and communication, etc.
