Executive Assistant

**Job Summary: - To act as point of contact between the executives and internal/external colleagues. Handling correspondence directed to managers.**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS**
1 Perform routine administrative tasks, such as receiving and screening incoming mail, calendar tasks, etc
2 Provide general administration support, including courier, vehicle control, and guest house management
3 Manage calendar and organize meetings and appointments
4 Organize and manage internal and external communication
5 Book and arrange travel (transportation and accommodation) for groups and individuals within and outside the company
6 Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
7 Manage all requests and queries about administrative matters.
8 Book Meetings and Conference rooms as needed.
9 Any other activities/reports on request of Industrial director.
**Qualifications**
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Good spoken and written English, Interpersonal skills, Strong Organization and Management skills, Time management, Office 365, Attention to Detail
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
