Daman, India Aum Global Solutions Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Billing**:

- Generate and process invoices accurately and timely.
- Maintain proper documentation for all billing transactions.
- Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
- **Stock Management**:

- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize stock levels.
- **Dispatch Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch of products.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all outgoing shipments.
- Track and update dispatch schedules.
- **Accounts Receivable/Payable**:

- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of billing, stock management, and dispatch coordination.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
