Nemmadi’s extensive professional experience has led to the creation of a comprehensive database of common defects in projects, including dampness audit and root cause analysis. This information forms the foundation of our exhaustive automated home inspection checklist, ensuring thorough inspections. We employ state-of-the-art technology to identify and locate defects, such as verifying the carpet area, rather than solely relying on human observation. Our bespoke software enables automatic report generation and in-depth analysis with statistics during the home inspection process.

**About the Founders**

The company is co-founded by 3X founder Mr A. N. Prakash, who is the person who brought Construction Project Management Consultancy to
India way back in 1986. He is presently not only the Director of Nemmadi.in but also the Managing Director of A N Prakash Construction Project
Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

The second co-founder is 3X founder Mr Uday Simha Prakash, who has been working on ‘enabling better living’ for over 7 years. He was one of the main members who was instrumental in development of the in house app we call NIMS.

About the Role

**Project Coordinator ** _(entry level) _ **at Nemmadi.in**

As a Project Coordinator at Nemmadi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our Home Inspections, 3 rd Party Quality Audits, including and
RWA HOTO Audits services. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, from defining the scope and objectives to ensuring timely and successful delivery. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of Nemmadi.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
2. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
3. Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
4. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
5. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
6. Work closely with the inspection team to ensure all aspects of the project are on track.
7. Update calendar and other software regularly
8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
9. Ensure standards and requirements are met through SOPs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Any degree (BA, BCom, etc)
2. Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
3. Interest in facing clients and teamwork skills.
4. Working knowledge of Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business, GoogleSheets etc.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Tasks**:
1. Organise, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
2. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
3. Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
4. Ensure project deadlines are met.
5. Determine project changes.
6. Provide administrative support as needed.
7. Undertake project tasks as required.8. Develop project strategies.
9. Ensure projects adhere to SOPs and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
10. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
