Social Media Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Strategy Implementation**: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with overall brand objectives and marketing goals.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Create, curate, and schedule engaging, creative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and customers on social media platforms, fostering relationships and increasing engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms in all content.
- **Campaign Execution**: Implement paid and organic social media campaigns, including sponsored posts and influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and KPIs.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, or similar, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and algorithm changes to optimize content strategy and engagement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and cross-platform campaigns.
- **Audience Research**: Monitor competitors and industry trends to help inform content creation and refine strategies.
- **SEO and Hashtag Strategy**: Integrate SEO best practices and effective hashtag strategies to increase organic reach and engagement.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- **Creative Skills**: Strong visual and written content creation skills; experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time-management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot social media challenges and offer creative solutions.
- **Knowledge of SEO & Content Marketing**: Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
Pay: ₹11,189.11 - ₹18,000.00 per month
