Are you passionate about leveraging the power of social media to drive brand awareness and engagement? Just Signs India Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and effective social media strategies to promote our products and services, engage with our target audience, and enhance our online presence. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Social Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. This includes graphics, videos, blog posts, and interactive content to captivate our audience.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and address any issues or concerns effectively.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to support product launches, sales initiatives, and brand campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand advocates to amplify our brand reach and credibility. Negotiate partnerships, manage relationships, and track performance metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
