- Lead integrated production and create content for retainer brands
- Leading a production team, producing a variety of integrated projects across both short & long format projects including Animation, digital, innovation/emerging tech, and gaming.
- Manage new business prospects and daily maintenance of active projects, including client relationships.
- To oversee projects in development and production and helping in the strategizing, conceptualizing, visualizing and execution of the same.
- Maintaining internal and external relationships for a seamless experience with all cross functions (artists, Film crews, Post production teams, directors, creatives, business leads) while ensuring the creative vision is intact.
- Being in charge of timelines and budgets on the project.
- Making decisions along with Marketing, Product, post and tech teams while executing cross formats media, creating smooth work flows, for multiple projects at scale.
