This role will be a hybrid in-office / remote position, with the expectation of at least two (2) days per week in office.About the role:Reporting into the Executive Producer/Streaming TV, the Senior Associate Producer works with the Executive Producer and in coordination with their US counterparts to produce current programming for FailArmy, The Pet Collective and At Home with Family Handyman streaming platforms.The ideal candidate has a solid skillset in storytelling, communicating and production for TV audiences as well as Digital audiences. Support the Creative team in developing engaging Fast Channel long-form episodic content, encompassing both original productions and curated clip-based formats, to captivate and entertain our audienceWork closely with the Executive Producer to efficiently resolve any challenges encountered by the US Creative team, ensuring a smooth production processBe responsive to creative feedback, ensuring alignment with the US Creative team’s visionCollaborate with the Executive Producer to develop and present innovative ideas and concepts for new shows, build audiences and expand programmingWork closely with internal and external producers and editors in US and India to ensure the creative vision is fully realized and consistently delivered across all showsWork with the Brand Managers, Producers, and Development Team to constantly create and revise formats based on data performance analysisCollaborate with Graphics, Production, and Delivery teams to ensure a cohesive workflow and high-quality execution, aligning all aspects of production to meet project timelines and standardsMaintain detailed records, including overseeing the curation of clips and updating Airtable workflows, to ensure efficient project management and access to critical information across teamsMentor Associate Producers in their professional development, fostering an environment of learning and growthYou have:

5+ Years as an Associate ProducerMastery of the English language and a familiarity of English used in U.S. social mediaExperience with editorial and content curationDeep understanding of digital video trends, analytics and publishing standardsStrong writing skills in social media and short form formats a plusPersonality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levelsHighly organized and detail orientedAbout this team:Part of TMB’s Creative organization, the talented producers, videographers, editors, photographers and set stylists who are part of TMB’s Video & Production teams produce hundreds of hours of programming for TMB’s brands each year.
