**Job Title: Administrative Executive**
**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office. This position involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting senior staff, and enhancing workplace productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure a tidy and functional office environment.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Organize calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and handle accommodations for senior staff.
- **Document Handling**: Prepare, organize, and store documents including reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
- **Financial Tasks**: Assist with budgeting, manage expense reports, and handle invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
- **Event Management**: Coordinate the logistics of corporate events and meetings.
- **Support Functions**: Provide comprehensive support to executives, including conducting personal errands as needed.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment.
- **Skills**:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools.
- Experience in supporting C-level executives.
