Sales & Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive specializing in door-to-door sales, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients across various industries who could benefit from our products. You will need to exhibit exceptional presentation skills, confidence, and professionalism while representing our company. This role requires a proactive approach to meeting clients, introducing our products, and securing orders through effective canvassing techniques. Access to a two-wheeler is necessary for transportation between client locations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Identification**: Identify potential clients within designated territories across various industries.
- **Product Introduction**: Introduce our products to prospective clients in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to showcase the benefits and features of our products, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- **Order Generation**: Proactively canvass for orders from potential clients and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and orders using CRM software or other designated tools.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients regarding product satisfaction, service quality, and suggestions for improvement, and relay this information to the relevant departments.
- **Achievement of Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a door-to-door sales role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to generating sales leads and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to achieve objectives.
- Access to a two-wheeler for transportation between client locations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:
- This role involves frequent travel within designated territories, often outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate client schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- The position may require physical stamina for walking, standing, and carrying promotional materials during client visits.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
