**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with adequate information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus

**Salary**: From ₹14,000.00 per month
