Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Client service executive to join our team. As a Client service executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and addressing concerns **Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction ** Understand clients' needs and recommend solutions to meet their goals **Develop strategies to retain clients and ensure repeat business ** Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client objectives and goals **Monitor client performance and provide regular reports on progress ** Identify opportunities to grow and expand the client base **Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies ** Handle complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ** Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ** Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Excellent organizational and time-management skills ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
