**Job Title**: Pattern Master CAD

**Location**: Gurgaon.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Pattern Making**:
1. Create accurate digital patterns from design specifications and tech packs.

2. Develop and maintain pattern blocks, grading, and marker making.

3. Ensure fit consistency across sizes and styles.

**CAD Operations**:
1. Proficiently use Optitex software for pattern design, grading, and marker making.

2. Create and manage digital files, including PDFs and CSV exports.

3. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure seamless data transfer.

**Product Development**:
1. Assist in prototype development and sampling.

2. Conduct fit sessions and provide feedback.

3. Collaborate with designers to refine product designs.

**Quality Control**:
1. Verify pattern accuracy and integrity.

2. Conduct quality checks on digital files.

3. Ensure compliance with company standards.

**Technical Requirements**:
1. 5 years of experience in pattern making and CAD operations.

2. Advanced proficiency in Optitex software.

3. Strong understanding of apparel construction, fit, and production methods.

4. Familiarity with têxtile properties and behavior.

**Soft Skills**:
1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

2. Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

3. Ability to work under deadlines.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related field.

2. Experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

**Desirable Skills**:
1. Knowledge of 3D design and simulation.

2. Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems.

3. Experience with other CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Tukatech).

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
