- Coordinate document routing in Veeva Vault for global R&D and Regulatory:

- Trained as a Veeva Vault Document Controller to perform tasks such as creating new document templates, routing documents to appropriate owners, assigning document owners, managing document workflows, and ensuring accurate metadata.
- Create and route documents in Veeva Vault Qdocs through Review and Approve workflows. Provide support for local R&D site quality system documents as directed by the manager.
- Ensure documents under the position's responsibility are maintained within deadlines for periodic review, as specified in Veeva Vault.
- Manage the periodic review cycles and tasks of Global R&D and Regulatory Personnel documents in the restricted repository. This includes updating documents using appropriate templates, collaborating with document owners to up
- Conduct proofreading for grammar and spelling errors in English documents before sending them for review and approval.
- Train and act as an Elanco Learning Management System (e.g. SuccessFactors) Administrator for R&D and Regulatory.
- Assign training, and update curricula as per requests submitted through the team’s SharePoint sites.
- Support team cohorts with assigning documents to learning curricula in the SuccessFactors systems.
- Creation of IT tickets to resolve record errors or complete other tasks for either Vault or SuccessFactors as necessary. Follow up on tickets to ensure satisfactory completion.
- Electronic record maintenance - File documents accurately in SharePoint sites, navigating the site to place them in appropriate locations.
- Maintenance of spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel.) to keep track of updates or metrics.
- All other duties as assigned, related to the position.
