Job Description:Summary

Follows process and procedures to complete relatively routine tasks.Expected to plan and organize their own workThe role constitutes 90% time in delivery / data analysis and 10 % in developing self, taking initiatives for process improvement.The role requires 4 main pre-requisites - Client Orientation, Domain delivery, Query Handling, Excellent communication skills.Understanding of key client expectation to meet satisfaction levelsComfortable in working in a changing and high growth environment while taking directions and ensuring closure on action items.Process knowledge- Independence and support enhancement initiatives

Detailed Responsibilities

Learning Deployment and Administration ActivitiesDeploy WBT courses to the LMS (Learning Management System), and obtain signoffPerform all types of training loads, including audience assignments, training removals, and notifications setupLoad events and sessions, and perform roster updates in the LMS ensuring accuracyFormat and load assessments, including creation of question banks.Build audiences - pull headcount, or other reports and map them with LMS audience reports to derive audiences for a course.Mark completions on approved requests.Perform reconciliation activity for data related fixesHelp resolve course related and other miscellaneous issuesLogin Issues Access LMS and various other systems to investigate the issue. Follow up with business, and technical contacts to get the issue fixed.Help resolve training completion issuesHelp resolve other training related issuesInterface with client users as their tier 1 support for their learning related issuesReportsSet-up new reports in Reporting tool, share with approved stakeholdersObtain ad-hoc reports as and when needed from Reporting toolSource File RepositoryComplete retrieval requestsComplete requests to add filesMaintain SFR Master Spreadsheet (Tracker)Update SOPs as per process changes and look for ways to enhance processes
