Job Description: Field Executive - Sales (Digital Marketing Agency)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Executive to join our digital marketing agency. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales by promoting and selling our wide range of digital marketing services, including social media marketing, social media optimization, search engine optimization, paid promotion through Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and website development. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate quality leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our digital marketing services to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle, ensuring regular follow-ups, timely responses, and efficient lead tracking using CRM software.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams including digital marketers, designers, and developers to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
Client Feedback: Collect client feedback on our services and relay it to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement and service enhancement.
Industry Expertise: Continuously upgrade your knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to effectively communicate our service offerings and provide consultative sales advice to clients.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Good understanding of digital marketing services, including social media marketing, social media optimization, search engine optimization, paid promotion through Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and website development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site when required.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
