**POSITION DETAILS**

**_ Position Summary_**

Handling of non-technical Claims related to commercial topics, picking, packing and transportation defects.

In this role, the claims coordinator resolves and responds to Customer’s Claims / Deductions in a timely and professional manner. The general purpose of this role is to coordinate, investigate, evaluate, drive decision on acceptance or rejections of a claim and ensure continuous improvement.

In addition, the holder of this position will analyze, measure and monitor the quality of master data and take appropriate actions to constantly improve data quality.

**_Principal Activities_**
- Handling commercial claims for aftermarket replacement pumps and spares over the entire “wing to wing” process: receipt of the claim to closing.
- Investigate the root causes for claims and initiate and ensure sustainable plans for corrective actions.
- Generating credit notes, debit notes and returns.
- Promptly working & following on claim requests and providing feedback to the customer.
- Analyze, measure and monitor the quality of master data.
- Maintain and improve systematically master data.
- Establish solid processes to eliminate defects within master data.

Job Requirements:
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

**_ Knowledge Skills & Abilities_**
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Very good analytical and MS skills.
- Commercial acumen skills preferable.
- Proficient in organizing tasks for completion by an agreed deadline.
- Experience in process improvement preferable
- SAP SD & CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.

**_ Education & Experience_**
- 2 years professional experience in claim coordination of industrial goods.
- Any Graduate**.**
