**Position Title: Female Sales Executive**

**Location: Perundurai**

**Experience: 0 -1 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

**Lead Conversion**:

- Engage with leads to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

**Sales Activity**:

- Increase sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

**Revenue Growth**:

- Implement strategies to increase company revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop initiatives that drive sales growth.

**Business Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
- Ensure all sales contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
