**Job Summary**:
As a Telecaller Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating sales revenue for the company by proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone calls. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell products, handle customer inquiries, and meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services and generate sales leads.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convince customers to purchase products or services offered by the company.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or other sources.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and terms of sale.
- Handle objections and address customer concerns to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts, share insights, and optimize sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or sales role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
