**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greet and Welcome**: Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the office.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings, ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared and necessary arrangements are made.

**Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

**Security and Access Control**: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the security and safety of the office environment.

**Mail and Packages**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate individuals or departments.

**Customer Service**: Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination on front desk-related matters.

**Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.**

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.

Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel).

Professional and friendly demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,526.08 - ₹15,000.00 per month
