**Position : Customer Support Executive**
Working Days: 6 days/week
Office Timing: 09:30 AM TO 06:30 PM
**Salary prospect : 1.2 - 1.8 LPA**
**Location : G.T. Karnal Road, Ind. Area, Azadpur, A-56, CFF - 9, Dilkhush Industrial Estate, Delhi 110033**
Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
Requirements:
1. Basic Office knowledge
2. Basic Troubleshooting Skills
3. Good spoken English & Hindi
4. UGs / Graduates / Freshers are applicable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
