**Process Information**:
Caters to Domestic and International customers mostly for Hardware support. The customer base comprises of commercial and Consumer, based out of North America, ANZ, South East Asia and India. Rocky is Ranked 33 in Fortune 500 Companies is an American multinational computer technology company that develops, sells, repairs, and supports computers and related products and services. Rocky Process in Pune provides Technical Support to multiple geographies (India, North America, ANZ,SEA,EMEA) in both Consumer & Commercial segments.

**Eligibility**:

- All CL/Grade 11 (Operations CRM International/Domestic & Industry vertical domestic - Insurance, Banking & Healthcare accounts) employees who have spent 12 months in the current CL/Grade and 6 months in current process & vertical and have a Stacks score 3 and above or should be in Platinum, Diamond, Gold performance club for two third of the last 12 months (basis stacks updated on the tool - EBucks)
- All CL/Grade 11 (Operations Industry Vertical International - Insurance, Banking & Healthcare accounts) employees who have spent 12 months in the current CL/Grade and 6 months in current process & vertical and have a Stacks score of 1 and above two third of the last 12 months (basis Stacks updated on the tool - EBucks)
- All CL/Grade 11 (Support) employees who have spent 12 months in the current CL/Grade and 6 months in current process & vertical with annual Performance Rating Criteria 3 and above (combination of Exceptional, Exceeding, Meeting)
- All CL/Grade 10 employees who have spent 6 months in the current CL/Grade and 6 months in current process & function.

**Eligibility for Tech Digital Employees**:

- All Comp Grade T11 employees who have spent 12 months in the current comp grade and 6 months in current Function & Job Family with annual Performance Rating Criteria 3 and above (combination of Exceptional, Exceeding, Meeting)
- All Comp Grade T10 employees who have spent 6 months in the current Comp Grade and 6 months in current function & Job Family.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines of deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods - focus groups, interviews and surveys that will lead to enhancement of training resources and programs based on results of evaluation
- Recommend curriculum modifications to Training Manager/Supervisor on the basis of internal customer feedback and/or Training Needs Analysis
- Participate and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures
- May support the Instructional Design team in designing and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods including: computer-based training, interactive classroom training and written job aids

**Desired Skills**:

- Must be a graduate
- Minimum of 2 years of total work experience with at-least 1 year in CNX
- Should have an average rating of at least QC in last 6 months with no UC rating
- Should not have been promoted or moved through an IJP in the last 6 months.
- Should not be on any level of documentation
- Lateral movement allowed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines of deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
