**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Executive for Admissions is responsible for promoting the engineering college, its programs, and unique offerings to prospective students and their families. This role focuses on implementing marketing strategies, conducting outreach activities, and building relationships to drive student enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities:Marketing and Promotion**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the college's engineering programs.
- Design and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Maintain an active presence on social media platforms and manage digital marketing campaigns to reach prospective students.

**Outreach Activities**:

- Organize and participate in educational fairs, career expos, and school visits to showcase the college.
- Coordinate and host open houses, campus tours, and information sessions for prospective students and parents.
- Establish relationships with school counselors, coaching centers, and community organizations to expand the college's reach.

**Lead Generation and Follow-up**:

- Manage and nurture leads generated through various marketing efforts, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update a database of leads and admissions-related interactions.

**Brand Building**:

- Highlight the unique features of the college, such as infrastructure, faculty, placements, and research opportunities, in all promotional efforts.
- Create success stories and testimonials from alumni and current students to boost credibility.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals.
- Coordinate with the academic departments to ensure accurate and appealing communication of program details.

**Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Provide regular reports on admissions trends, lead conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.

**Qualifications and Skills:Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA preferred.)

**Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or student recruitment, preferably in the education sector.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in promoting higher education programs, especially in the engineering domain.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Knowledge of local and regional markets for student recruitment.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with frequent travel for outreach and events.
- Dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on achieving enrollment targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,307.53 - ₹24,323.11 per month
