**Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction sector, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, including architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and property owners.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, addressing their construction needs and requirements.

Project Coordination:

- Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and met throughout the construction process.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

- Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the Sales Manager. Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Customer Service:

- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, manage complaints, and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Collaboration:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and strategies, including promotional activities, trade shows, and industry events.

**Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including understanding of project phases, building materials, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and understand client needs and offer tailored construction solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients, attend site visits, and participate in business development activities.
