**About AWM Operational Transformation and Strategy (OTS)**:
The AWM Operational Transformation & Strategy (OTS) drives the leading edge of innovation and next-gen capabilities (e.g. process analysis, design & reengineering, process mining, embedding AI/ML, etc.) and increase our speed to market and ROI on our most critical business priorities. The Business Process Discovery and Design (PDD) team is focused on assessing people, process, data and technology and redesigning them to work to position Asset and Wealth Management for future growth and provide high touch and customized services to high net worth clients. In addition to establishing these capabilities, PDD drives value through implementation of high value initiatives that focus on the automation of business processes and decisions.

This role develops operating models and works closely with business leaders in AWM to formulate their strategies. In this role you will provide strategic and tactical design and consultation to leverage the current suite of automation, and technical capabilities. This role will provide a unique opportunity to establish and drive a techno-functional team in collaboration with our Technology partners across Asset and Wealth Management.

**Responsibilities**:
**Support and Execute on End-to-End Engagements**: You are required to reengineer processes as necessary and leverage the suite of tools in workflow, event management, decision management and intelligent automation. The individual is expected to understand business process modeling capabilities to design workflow that drive seamless connection and integration, collaborate with technology and Change Mobilization partners to bring a holistic solution on people, process, data, and technology.

**Capable in Building and Continuous Improvement**:Support the growth and improvement of the Process Discovery and Design team to better collaborate and support with Change Mobilization partners and stakeholders. Develop solutions and facilitate maturity of capabilities to partner with Change Mobilization teams.

**Drive business value**:You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and delivering high value projects that drive measurable business value to the organization’s bottom line and strategic goals.

- Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies, support one or more re-engineering engagements
- Perform competitor and industry research
- Influence, design, and develop tactical process improvement plans
- Lead workstreams and team members
- Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives within Process Discovery and Design team
- Be a recognized culture carrier who leads with consistency, integrity, and humility
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance the end-to-end value chain

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5 - 7 years of combined years of experience in space of data analysis, data mining, business analysis, system analysis, process design, consulting, and/or digital transformation capabilities
