We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Upprcas3 Elements Pvt Ltd. As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving influencer marketing strategies and campaigns for our prestigious beauty and skincare brand clients. You will lead a team of influencer specialists, develop impactful strategies, and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Identify target audiences and potential influencers to maximize campaign reach and impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure innovative campaign approaches.

**2. Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and ideate creative influencer marketing campaigns.

**3. Influencer Relations**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, both established and emerging, within the beauty and skincare niche.
- Negotiate contracts and compensation terms with influencers while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

**4. Campaign Execution**:

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve client goals.

**5. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate insightful reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing future campaigns based on data-driven insights.

**6. Compliance and Legalities**:

- Ensure that influencer partnerships adhere to guidelines and other legal regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in influencer marketing laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty and skincare industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Leadership and team management experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
