**Job description**

**Purpose**: To be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the academic programs and educational experiences for students from 3rd to 12th grade. To collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure effective curriculum implementation, student progress, and overall academic excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teacher Support and Development**:To provide guidance and support to teachers in effective curriculum delivery, instructional strategies, and classroom management techniques. To organize and lead professional development workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
- **Assessment and Data Analysis**:To collaborate with assessment coordinators to design appropriate formative and summative assessments that accurately measure student progress. To analyse assessment data to identify trends, strengths, and areas needing improvement, and use this data to inform curriculum adjustments and teaching strategies.
- **Student Progress Monitoring**:To develop systems for tracking student academic performance and behaviour, providing timely feedback to teachers, students, and parents. Implement intervention strategies for students who require additional support, collaborating with the special education department if necessary.
- **Parent Communication**:To foster strong communication between the school and parents by organizing regular parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and informational sessions. Address parental concerns related to academic matters and student progress, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- **Educational Leadership**:To collaborate with the school leadership team to develop and execute the school's academic goals, policies, and strategies. To contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement, creativity, and critical thinking.
- **School Events and Activities**:To coordinate and oversee school-wide events, academic competitions, and extracurricular activities that enhance the overall educational experience for students. To ensure that these events align with the school's academic goals and contribute to the holistic development of students.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:To build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to foster a collaborative and cohesive educational community. To act as a bridge between different stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Teaching experience across multiple grade levels.
- Previous experience in curriculum development, educational leadership, or academic coordination.
- Strong understanding of educational standards, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mind-set with the ability to analyse academic data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software for data analysis and communication.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing educational trends.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for promoting academic excellence.

**Experience**
- +5 years of experience in reputed CBSE school
- Preference given to residents of Gurgaon followed by Delhi/NCR region

**Location**
- MADE EASY SCHOOL, Bandhwari near Sector 58-59, Gurugram, Haryana

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
