Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with account-related queries, technical support, and general inquiries regarding our services and products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and effective solutions while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Document all interactions accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to uphold the brand's reputation for excellence.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
**Additional Details**:
- **Salary**: Commensurate with experience, ranging from 15,000 to 23,000 INR per month.
- **Work Hours**: Flexible shifts between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, totaling 9 hours per day.
- **Fixed Off**: Sundays
