Shipping Line sales to identify and target potential customers having direct meetings with them and generate biz.
- Will have to handle customers, biz with freight forwarders, traders, exporters and importers.

- and post-sales support, including addressing shipment inquiries and providing solutions to service-related issues.
- Planning and assisting customers with Shipments, basis the services we have
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet individual and teams, sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and explore additional service opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations for customers, based on customer requirements and services we can offer, in co-ordination with the Sales and Trade Team.
- Present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of the company’s services and negotiating terms to secure new business.
- Follow up on quotations and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Work closely with customer service, operations, documentation and accounts teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and payments are realised.
- Follow up with client’s post-transaction of biz to ensure satisfaction and promote repeated business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address any issues that arise during the shipping process, providing clients with timely updates.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are submitted and processed accurately for smooth handling of shipments.
- Monitor, analyze and report on sales activities, shipments handled, revenue generated and biz prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competition activities, and industry trends and update management.
- Provide regular feedback to management on client needs, areas for potential growth basis customers, commodities and ports of service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
