We are looking for ambitious and career oriented graduates with good analytical skills and conversant with accountancy concepts & numbers. Individuals having knowledge or hands on experience with Corporate actions SWIFTs will be an added advantage.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Services Pvt. Ltd, that became a part of State Street in 2024. 3SPL helps in administration and management of various types of pooled funds for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds..

What you will be responsible for

As an Associate, you will
- Analyze and Research Corporate actions across the globe.
- Build expertise on various types of Corporate actions in the market.
- Be conversant with various tools like BBG, DTCC etc. to verify details.
- Interpret SWIFTs from various Custodian and decode the information.
- Account transactions for respective allotted clients and reconciling entitlements.
- Perform necessary reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Be a team player and work in co-ordination with fellow team members.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate, MBA will be added advantage.
- 0-4 years of experience
- Good with numbers and calculations.
- Excel savvy with knowledge of basic functions.

Additional requirements

Working from office 5 days a week
