**What you will be responsible for**
As an Officer, you will
- Analyze and Research Corporate actions across the globe.
- Build expertise on various types of Corporate actions in the market.
- Be conversant with various tools like BBG, DTCC etc. to verify details.
- Interpret SWIFTs from various Custodian and decode the information.
- Account transactions for respective allotted clients and reconciling entitlements.
- Perform necessary reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Be a team player and work in co-ordination with fellow team members.

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate, MBA will be added advantage.
