Attorney (Remote)
- Draft and review legal documents including, contracts, NDAs, and letters of intent
- Organize and manage documents, including the creation of spreadsheets and retrieval systems
- Coordinate the collection, review and production of documents and responding to RFP and discovery requests
- Research and organize information regarding intellectual property rights, case law, copyright infringement actions, trade marks, expiration dates
- Prepare legal documents including, pleadings, responses, infringement letters, licensing agreements, complaints
- Review contracts for compliance with state laws and contract terms
- Draft contracts, including adding provisions to meet legal requirements
- Draft responses to RFPs
- Maintain contracts database
- Collect and maintain records related to contracts, such as signatures, renewal/expiration dates
- Draft standard contracts such as employment agreements and non-disclosure agreements,
- Draft agreements such as leases, purchase agreements, and statements of work
- Review existing contracts to ensure they are up to date and accurate, and drafting amendments, when necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week

Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹180.00 per hour
