Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue purchase orders based on the requisitions received from various departments.
- Verify the accuracy of the purchase orders, ensuring correct item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery details.
- Regularly communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor the status of pending orders and resolve any delivery delays or discrepancies proactively.
- Respond to supplier inquiries promptly and maintain a positive working relationship with them.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain samples as required by the concerned departments or for quality checks. Ensure timely delivery of samples and proper documentation related to samples received and dispatched.
- Maintain and update records related to purchases, such as purchase orders, invoices, bills, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
- Organize and file purchase-related paperwork for easy retrieval and audit purposes. Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels and proper inventory management.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Keep the vendor database up-to-date with accurate supplier information, contact details, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in general administrative tasks related to the purchasing function as needed.
- Provide support to other departments, as required, to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in purchase orders and records.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve purchase-related issues efficiently.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team and across departments.

**Salary**: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
