**1. Purchase Executive Responsibilities**: Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services needed for the organization**. ** Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and inventory levels. Evaluate and compare suppliers, negotiate terms, and secure advantageous deals. Coordinate with various departments to understand their procurement needs. Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor and track deliveries to ensure they meet quality and quantity requirements. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

**2. Driver Responsibilities**:Safely operate and maintain the organization's vehicles. Transport goods, materials, and personnel to specified locations. Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance checks. Adhere to traffic laws and regulations, and maintain a clean driving record. Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed. Plan and manage efficient routes for timely deliveries. Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with clients or vendors during transportation activities.

**3. Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records of expenses related to procurement and transportation. Prepare and submit reports on purchasing activities as required. Assist in budgeting and cost control related to procurement and transportation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
