**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Create comprehensive training programs aligned with industry standards.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver engaging training sessions and hands-on demonstrations.
- **Training Material Creation**: Develop manuals, presentations, videos, and simulations.
- **Practical Demonstrations**: Conduct exercises with real robots for hands-on experience.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Provide feedback and administer exams to assess student progress.
- **Stay Current Updates**: Incorporate the latest industry developments into training materials.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols for working with robots and cobots.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build relationships with clients and tailor training programs to their needs.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of training sessions and student performance.
- **Troubleshooting**: Assist students in diagnosing and resolving issues with robots and cobots.
- Strong knowledge of robotic systems, automation technologies, and programming.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and relevant ISO standards.
- Certifications in robotics or automation-related areas are highly desirable.

- Proficiency in robot programming.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, sensors, and control systems.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standards for robot and cobot operation.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
