We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Oracle ERP CoE team. This role is located in Chennai, TN Hybrid.

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
Execute projects and initiatives in full compliance with defined processes and controls
Provide support for production BAU issues related to GL and FCCS
Proactively anticipate potential roadblocks and take corrective action to keep the project on track.
Escalate issues to project management as needed
Act as an Oracle GL & FCCS knowledge resource for Oracle ERP CoE functional teams and train team members as necessary

**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials/EPM Modules in a Functional role
In depth knowledge of Financial Close and Consolidation Platform along with knowledge in General Ledger
Experience working on cross-functional team(s) in a collaborative development environment
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
