**Walk-in-Interview for Customer Experience**
**Walkin Date: Monday to Friday (Except Government Holidays) January 2024**
**Walkin Time : 10:00AM - 12:00 PM**

**Address: Vaishnavi Tech Square, Ibbaluru, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide multi-channel customer support for Navi's products, ensuring privacy and professionalism.
- Educate customers about Navi's products and services.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant stakeholders.
- Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives.
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and processes, collaborating effectively with the team for seamless support.

**Desired skills & Experience**:

- 1+ year of customer support experience with proficiency in English and Hindi; additional fluency in regional languages is advantageous.
- Flexible availability for rotational rosters, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to provide extended support during business requirements and meet SLAs.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
