We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who will be required to design pitch decks for in a strategic, comprehensive, and visually enhancing manner. You are someone who is open for teamwork, open to unlearn and relearn at every turn and not afraid to experiment with meanings, perspectives and behaviours visually.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing and creative pitch decks that communicate the key messages effectively.
- Ability to translate complex info stories and then convert it to visuals is missing
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with a team to create comprehensive presentations, infographics, and charts that convey complex data and ideas in a simple and clear manner.
- Ensure the consistency of brand guidelines across all the design elements in the presentations.
- Perform quality checks on final output files to ensure that the designs are error-free and meet the required standards.
- Provide creative input and suggestions for the improvement of the pitch deck design process.
- Selecting and using appropriate software, tools, and techniques to create high-quality designs that meet the client's requirements.
- Communicating with clients to provide updates on the design process and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to continually improve your skills and the quality of your work.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in fields related to design is a bonus
- A minimum of 4 portfolio of past design and creative projects
- Good command over design techniques and visual elements & story-telling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills to develop comprehensive and effective presentation designs.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work that meets project objectives.

**Softwares**:
Proficient in industry-standard design, presentation softwares, including Keynote or PowerPoint Presentation, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, motion a curiosity to learn more :)
