Key Responsibilities

Design and Layout: Create visually appealing designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, senior designers, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.

Revisions and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and perfect design work.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills:

Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Microsoft Office: Basic to intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Canva: Ability to use Canva for quick and efficient design tasks.

Creative Thinking: Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 0-1 year
of experience in graphic design or a related role.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
