- (Describe the contribution of the Job to the Organization & Functional unit in max 2 or 4 lines)- Person will be responsible for designing/redesigning strategies related to effective and efficient implementation of risk strategies across the lending systems and take care of the implementation and maintenance of Policy Implementation in FICO Blaze (BRMS) for Retail Asset Business. The role will closely collaborate with the Policy, Business, Product, Credit, Risk, IT and project management.- Roles & Responsibilities- Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverables- Manage the entire project life cycle, from concept to implementation for the vertical.
- Working and planning various interfaces/integration requirements in the enhancements/projects. UAT Planning and Management
- Project review meeting and tracking progress and take necessary actions and timely escalations as needed
- Ensure design and delivery of Projects and improvements continuously through guiding and leading team of BRMS Developers and testers.
- Regular interaction with the stakeholders to understand and manage their requirements.
- Regular review meetings with the senior Management on the progress.
- Guide Team for any functional/technical Inputs, Performance Improvement initiatives, Process streamlining Initiatives.
- Management and adherence to the internal and external audit requirements.
- Secondary Responsibilities - List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role- Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities - (if applicable)- Mentor and coach Developer and tester to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity
- Create environments for constant innovation and sharing of ideas.

- 3. Good understanding of retail Lending Domain, Systems and related technologies
- 4. Strong functional expertise of customer onboarding process, Bureau, data mapping and data analysis techniques required.
- 6. Capable of managing projects/tasks assigned and engage with stakeholders (business teams, IT teams and vendor teams) on the closure of the enhancements/issues and ensure that changes go live within timelines.
- 7. Excellent hands on experience with SQl/APIs/XMLs/JSON structures
- Understanding of technologies such as Java/J2EE, cloud-based deployment. Knowledge of DevOps, Agile will be Plus/desirable
- 8. Resolve production queries, Plan and execute functional testing to ensure zero defect rollouts and develop use cases
- 9. Integration, maintenance, Bug fixes if any within the deadlines & Respond to audit query
