**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the gel foam coating line in the rugs manufacturing plant.
- Familiarity with lick coating and secondary coating methods used in the rugs manufacturing industry and possess knowledge of latex coating processes &techniques.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of natural rubber, SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), gel, activator, calcium carbonate, and other coating materials used in rugs manufacturing.
- Have a thorough understanding of latex mixing operations and ensure proper mixing procedures are followed.
- Possess knowledge of various setting parameters of coating equipment and machinery for different rug products.
- Be quality-conscious and proactively address issues such as bowing and skewing problems, dandruff problems, smell problems, GSM Grams per Square Meter) variation, etc.
- Monitor and control the coating process parameters to achieve desired quality and consistency.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to minimize defects and maintain high-quality products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions in the coating process.
- Have knowledge of machine maintenance and ensure regular maintenance schedules are followed.
- Train and supervise coating machine operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for smooth production and achieving desired quality of products.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in coating technology and rugs manufacturing.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience on a gel foam coating line in the rugs manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of natural rubber, SBR, gel, activator, calcium carbonate, and other coating materials.
- Proficient in latex mixing operations and ensuring proper mixing procedures.
- Quality-conscious with a strong understanding of rug quality parameters and the ability to address issues such as bowing, skewing, dandruff, smelland GSM variation.
- Familiarity with latex coating processes, lick coating, and secondary coating techniques.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and practices in a manufacturing environment.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
