Iqac Co-ordinator

**1.Planning and Strategy**:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for quality enhancement in collaboration with the IQAC committee.

Define and establish clear quality objectives and performance indicators for the institution.

**2. Data Collection and Analysis**:
Collect and analyze data related to various aspects of the institution, including academic performance, research, infrastructure, and student feedback.

Use data to identify areas that require improvement and areas of strength.

**3. Accreditation and Compliance**:
Ensure that the institution complies with all relevant accreditation and quality assurance standards and guidelines.

Prepare for and facilitate accreditation processes as required.

**4. Quality Assurance Initiatives**:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee quality assurance initiatives such as curriculum development, faculty training, assessment methods, and program reviews.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain records and documentation of quality-related activities and initiatives.

Prepare and submit regular reports to institutional authorities and external accreditation bodies.

**6. Institutional Assessment**:
Design and implement assessment mechanisms for student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.

Monitor the results of assessments and recommend improvements.

**7. Faculty Development**:
Promote professional development opportunities for faculty members to enhance their teaching and research capabilities.

**8. Stakeholder Engagement**:
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including faculty, students, administration, and external agencies, to gather feedback and input for quality improvement.

**9. Continuous Improvement**:
Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement by providing guidance and support for change initiatives.

**10. Communication and Outreach**:
Communicate quality-related initiatives and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

Prior Experience of NAAC and NBA is Recommended.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
