The IQAC Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of educational programs and student support services across the designated schools. This includes overseeing curriculum development, conducting audits, collecting and analyzing feedback, managing event calendars, and ensuring alignment of budgets, admissions, and HR activities with the university's vision and mission. The role also involves enhancing the effectiveness of student support services, ensuring they contribute to the overall student experience. Additional remuneration will be provided during the tenure of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum Development

  • Conduct audits of course catalogues, course files, and lab manuals to ensure compliance with university standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and dissemination of the Course Delivery and Assessment Plan.
  • Regularly audit classrooms and labs to ensure quality.
  • Align academic activities with the university’s Academic/Event Calendar and provide corresponding reports.

2. Audit and Feedback

  • Conduct audits on teaching and learning practices.
  • Oversee examination processes to ensure correct procedures are followed.
  • Evaluate facilities provided to students and faculty.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on curriculum feedback from all stakeholders, recommending actions where necessary.
  • Assist in conducting Academic and Administrative Audits, documenting actions based on audit findings.

3. Budgets, Admissions, and HR Activities

  • Ensure effective utilization of financial resources as per the approved budget.
  • Review and analyze the admissions process for alignment with the university's goals.
  • Provide feedback on admissions processes and assist HR with faculty appraisal documentation.

4. Student Support Services

  • Collect and analyze feedback from students on academic support, counseling services, extracurricular activities, and career services.
  • Work with departments to implement improvements based on student feedback.
  • Audit the events calendar for student services, ensuring events align with university objectives, are efficiently scheduled, and maximize student participation.

5. Assist the Director – RAISE

  • Schedule IQAC meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate schedules to all participants.
  • Document meeting proceedings, including minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
  • Ensure the implementation of meeting outcomes.

6. Reporting and Documentation

  • Generate reports on placements, higher studies, and entrepreneurship outcomes.
  • Track and report on skill enhancement initiatives, placement preparation activities, and research progress.
  • Monitor student participation in off-campus events and competitive exams.
  • Maintain comprehensive reports on student support activities for audits and reviews.

7. Outcome-Based Education

  • Manage alignment between Course Outcomes (CO) and Program Outcomes (PO).
  • Oversee CO-PO articulation and take action based on score analysis.
