Roles and Responsibility
May be assigned to conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
Responsible for updating and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Creating sales presentations, sales collateral, and other marketing materials to support the sales team's efforts.
Attending Sales Meetings
Shadow sales representatives during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain real-world experience and learn effective sales techniques.
Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product demonstrations.
Depending on the company's needs need to analyze sales data, track sales performance, and create reports to help identify areas for improvement.
Assist in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the company's sales processes.
Qualification
- Minimum Graduation in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in sales.
- Communication Skills written and verbal

- Initiative and Proactivity
- Problem-Solving Abilities
- Positive Attitude
- Proficiency in using basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools, is often preferred.

- Should have a customer-centric mindset, being attentive to customers' needs and providing excellent service.
- Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and processes can be an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
