**Key Responsibilities of Physical Education and Volleyball Coach**:
**Physical Education Instruction**:
Develop and deliver comprehensive physical education lessons and activities that align with curriculum objectives and educational standards.

Provide instruction on fundamental movement skills, fitness concepts, and sports techniques to students of varying skill levels and ages.

**Volleyball Coaching**:
Design and implement volleyball training programs to develop players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.

Organize and conduct practice sessions, drills, and scrimmage matches to improve players' individual and team performance.

**Skill Development**:
Assess the abilities and needs of individual students or athletes and provide personalized instruction and feedback to help them improve.

Identify and nurture talent, fostering a positive and supportive environment that encourages skill development and growth.

**Team Management**:
Select and organize teams for competitions, tournaments, and matches, ensuring fair play and equitable participation opportunities for all players.

Provide leadership and guidance to players, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline both on and off the court.

**Safety and Injury Prevention**:
Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of injury during physical education classes and volleyball activities.

Educate students and athletes about proper warm-up techniques, equipment usage, and injury prevention strategies.

**Communication and Collaboration**:
Communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and school administration regarding program expectations, schedules, and student progress.

Collaborate with other physical education teachers, coaches, and school staff to coordinate activities, facilities usage, and logístical arrangements.

**Professional Development**:
Stay current with developments in physical education pedagogy, coaching methodologies, and volleyball trends through continuous learning, training, and professional development opportunities.

Participate in coaching clinics, workshops, and conferences to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.

**Role Model and Mentorship**:
Serve as a positive role model for students and athletes, demonstrating integrity, respect, and sportsmanship in all interactions.

**Administrative Duties**:
Maintain accurate records of student participation, performance evaluations, and competition results.

Assist with equipment inventory, facility maintenance, and budget management related to physical education and volleyball programs.

Promote the importance of regular physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices among students, fostering a lifelong commitment to fitness and well-being.

Organize extracurricular activities, intramural leagues, and community events to encourage student involvement in sports and recreational activities beyond the classroom.

These responsibilities may vary depending on the specific requirements and priorities of the educational institution or sports organization.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
