**Legal Recruiter**

A legal recruiter is a human resources professional who assists hiring managers in the legal industry to find, hire, and retain high-quality legal professionals. They assess, project, and determine hiring needs and create a recruiting process that meets their clients’ business strategies.

**Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM**

**Location: Mohali (Onsite)**

**Qualification: LLB, LLM**

**Legal Recruiter Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, and implement a recruiting process for legal professionals, such as paralegals, legal assistants, & clerks
- Maximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, LinkedIn, job boards, seeking referrals, and high-volume cold calling.
- Keep detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system

**Legal Recruiter Qualifications**
- A law degree or completion of law school is ideal - Bachelor’s degree is required
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills are desired
- Familiarity with MS Office, Word, and social media tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.39 - ₹25,000.22 per month

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
