Sales Executive for Elevators

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting our Client's comprehensive range of elevator solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose customized elevator solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and property developers.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and profitability objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with any elevator company.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
